Ella and I popped into one of the most amazing shops yesterday.
It is a couple of shops in one actually: Panda Pearls, My Aunt's travels and another little place which I didn't catch the name of.
Plenty of beautiful pearl jewellery, vintage jewellery, vintage clothing, vintage fabric and buttons to admire.
We had a great time.
The staff and the store dog (Millie) were lots of fun and great company.
I found this lovely remnant of bark cloth that I couldn't leave behind.
The aqua roses are stunning.

ReplyDeleteyou live such a groovy life that I forget you're in Brisbane sometimes. So when you said you'd been to op shops in Brisbane I got a shock for a minute and then remembered you're somewhere about the place.
That 'My Aunt's Travels' shop has been recommended to me for buttons. Does it have a great selection?

No No No MMMC I am not groovy, so far from it really. Studying law, now that is very groovy, windswept and interesting. Yes the buttons were great, not badly priced either for vintage buttons.
